This project is starting mid February. We feel very fortunate to be working on such an impressive and different vehicle.
The customers have had this ex RAF truck for 4 years and have been doing their best to get it converted but have fallen short on time as we all do. It's partially converted with insulation, a shower and toilet area and ply lined with electrics fitted.

This project is starting mid February. We feel very fortunate to be working on such an impressive and different vehicle.
The customers have had this ex RAF truck for 4 years and have been doing their best to get it converted but have fallen short on time as we all do. It's partially converted with insulation, a shower and toilet area and ply lined with electrics fitted.
We will be making the kitchen area, which will include a butler sink and oak worktops. We are also building a fixed bed area with storage below and a seating area. There will be tongue and groove paneling as cladding. All completely bespoke as always.
The great thing about this conversion, other than how different looking the vehicle itself is, is the fact that weight is no issue at all. So the oak worktops, bed, seating and units can all be made to a beautifully solid spec. This will be a very special camper when fully finished.
